So here’s some good news for a member of our extended tribe. Our longtime friend and ally, GW Ayers, has been appointed Vice President of Sales and Marketing for C&H Precision. In addition to being a superb leader and an unabashed patriot, GW is hands-down one of the finest human beings we know. That’s why we want to share his good news (and to convey what this move has to say about the quality of the company he’s moving to).

Here’s what we know about G-Dub’s new opportunity via the official release and some additional insight.

C&H Precision Appoints GW Ayers as VP of Sales and Marketing

C&H Precision (CHPWS), an industry-leading designer and manufacturer of precision optics, optics adapter plates, and pistol slide milling upgrades, is pleased to announce the appointment of GW Ayers as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this role, Ayers will lead the company’s strategic sales initiatives and marketing efforts, leveraging his extensive background in the defense and firearms industries to drive growth and expand market reach.

Ayers, a native of rural Virginia, served 22 years in the U.S. Army before transitioning to the defense industry.

After working for a leading manufacturer for several years, he moved into the firearms sector. During his tenure there, he oversaw the construction and development of several high-end retail stores and shooting ranges, as well as the development and mentoring of their staff and instructors.

He is also, we might add, the CEO of a 501(C)(3) charity dedicated to assisting homeless veterans.

His deep industry experience and passion for customer service, CHPWS says, make him a valuable addition to the C&H Precision team.

“I am honored to have the opportunity to join C&H Precision,” said GW Ayers, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for C&H Precision. “This company has built a reputation for excellence, and I’m excited to contribute to its continued growth. I look forward to providing top-tier products and service to the most discerning customers in the world.”

Buck Holly, Owner of C&H Precision, expressed his enthusiasm for Ayers’s addition to the leadership team.

“GW brings a unique combination of military, retail, and industry experience that will be instrumental in driving our brand forward. His leadership and customer-first mindset align perfectly with our mission, and we are excited to have him on board.”

You can learn more about CHPWS from several sources, but we recommend you start with the founder’s story on Canvas Rebel.

"Talkin' patriot stuff here with George Washington," GW wrote in this social media post. "Our Founding Fathers were flawed for sure. We all are. But they had balls as big as church bells. On July 4th, 1776, they told the world that there are some things worse than death. Be bad ass. Remember, we shocked the world and punched a giant in the mouth!" GW Ayers
